Here are just a couple of ideas for you to take a look through.
Garden furniture – by taking a couple of pallets and repurposing them you can make some great garden furniture items. There are lots of youtube videos that give you step by step instructions on the ways in which you can make garden chairs and sofas from just a few pallets and some cushions. Make sure that you have screws and a drill to hand and some wood paint to help preserve the pallets.
Planter – if you turn a pallet on its side you can use the space underneath as a planter for your garden. All you need to do is add some wood to ensure that the soil doesn’t slip out of the sections and give it a nice coat of paint. Then all you need to do is go searching for plants to add. These could be seasonal flowers to decorate your patio area or you might want to look at fruits and vegetables like strawberries and lettuce that grow well in tubs and planters of all shapes and sizes.
